Founder and CEO

Hi, I’m Bree Herman, the Founder and CEO of Herman Ledge Services, LLC. I specialize in law firm bookkeeping, with expertise in Clio Manage and QuickBooks Online. My passion lies in simplifying, streamlining, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes, helping law firms stay in compliance and move their businesses forward. I believe every law firm deserves access to knowledgeable bookkeeping and CFO support that doesn’t require learning new systems but instead focuses on empowering them with practical strategies.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to my active little boy, Everett. My family and I live on a charming small farm in Sanbornton, NH, alongside my husband and a lively assortment of animals, including horses, chickens, dogs and cats. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I love tending to our farm and enjoying the outdoors.

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a Certified ProAdvisor with QuickBooks Online, and I love working with numbers and keeping things organized. Helping businesses gain clarity and succeed is what really drives me.

When I’m not tackling finances, you’ll find me on our farm, enjoying peaceful sunrises and sunsets, hanging out with my animals, or spending time with my husband. I’m also a big fan of reading mystery novels, cooking up something tasty, and always keeping things light with a good sense of humor.

Hi, I’m Cat! I’m the Clio Bookkeeper for Herman Ledge Services LLC. With nearly 20 years of bookkeeping experience, I help law firms stay compliant without the stress. Making Clio Manage and QuickBooks Online work together seamlessly is my specialty!

Clients know me for being real, kind, and treating them like family, not just a number. When I’m not diving into reconciliations or helping firms make sense of their trust ledgers and Clio software, you’ll find me with my two amazing girls and hubby, usually on the soccer field or hunting down some delicious food!
